Refunds and Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. BOUQUETS AND BODIES, LLC will cover the return shipping costs.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customized Orders
Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All custom orders are final sale once purchased.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away.
We want every customer to have a positive shopping experience, and we will work to resolve any issues appropriately.
Exchanges
If the item you received is not what you expected and you would like an exchange, we are happy to assist you.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
